We all need someone to hold our hand, to take our hand and know that we're there for them. 
Having someone  offer their hand, their support, their strenght in challenging times is when the value of friendship and love truly comes into its own.  

Having that one person who always reaches out and is just special...and increasingly rare. In my life, I’ve fostered so many special friends, much of which I put down to being an only child and really investing in friendship. 

I know I’m a lucky girl but even for me ‘Take My Hand’ is a reminder that we shouldn’t just presume people know that we’re here – hold out your hand.  It’s also a reminder of how important friendships, loyalty and trust are to me.
