This painting captures the energy I feel when I'm in my stride. I'm striding along, I've got the heels on, I'm wearing a cool coat, I'm swinging my handbag, I've bought some flowers, I'm feeling great. 

 Those days come; they're not every day, but when I'm in my stride, I feel unstoppable. This piece is full of colour, vibrancy, and I hope captures the movement of going forward and growth.

 When I look at this painting, I often think of the person I want to be. I want to have more days like this, more days when I'm in my stride. I love fashion, I love flowers, I also love handbags, but I love that feeling more than anything. That feeling when things are in flow, you feel on top of things, it's the weekend, you're maybe going to meet your girlfriends, you're going shopping, walking into town or heading to a meeting, you feel like you've got this sorted, you're in control.

 When I look at this painting, In Her Stride, I'm reminded of those amazing days and that feeling, and I want more days when I'm in my stride. When you look at this painting, I hope you feel that too, that it reminds you of the days when you're in flow, when things are good, when you feel like you've got this.
