A Rossglass Summer sits along the same stretch of County Down coast as A Minerstown Summer, but this is its wilder sister. Where Minerstown is smooth blue water and soft dunes, Rossglass is rock - a little inlet, just about room to pull in and admire the view.
Rugged, weathered, unapologetic rock, worn down over thousands of years by the sea that keeps coming back for more.
The Mourne Mountains still stand in the distance, majestic as ever, but here the coastline itself takes over. Jagged edges, deep coves, and stone that has taken the full force of fierce seasons, high winds and lashing rain, and still holds its ground. Even on the calmest July day, Rossglass has a rawness that makes it stunning.
